Replying to Ordering Custom Hoodies in bulk

I've been having lots of orders to have sweatshirts made come in, and its becoming a little overwhelming. I'm interested in finding a clothing manufacturer who i can work with to make sweatshirts. I want to be able to send them designs, the type of fabric i want, and sizing, and they can make it. Also i don't want their minimum order quantity to be over 15. If any of you guys have experience with a company like this, or know someone who does, let me know. Thanks
