How long should warranties take?

I sent in my coat to lethal descent in like late March and here we are in June and still no coat. I've sent my a couple emails but never got a response. Am I just freaking out ns? Also if anyone knows a number I can contact them at its would help. Thanks guys.

I'd say it depends on the company and their reputation. I sent some frogskins back to Oakley and it took less than a month to have the new ones.

never dealt with soft goods but ive sent hardgoods back in march/april and the costumer received next seasons model. usually they dont ship them out till the fall however.

The usual time is around 6-8 weeks. However it depends what was wrong with your coat. It may be off being fixed, or if it cant be fixed, you may have to wait until next season for them to restock.

Did you contact them and get a return number before you sent it back?

two years ago i broke my chronics in january and had to ship them cross country to like orgeon i think where line/k2 is based out of and because of snow storms that year i didnt get them back till like mid march.
