So i got diagnosed with mono today, for any of you that have had it any tips on how to get over it quick, iv been out for like 8 days now and im still so sick. mono sucks,

had it in 9th grade. it sucked and I got strep shortly thereafter. but I got to sit at home for a couple weeks and watch tv.

yea i have viral meningitis like a month ago and was hit pretty hard by that and now this it sucks, already been taking lots of t3s and such

Ah man i'm sorry to hear that. I got mono really bad at the end of my first semester of freshman year of college. I had it for a little over 2 months. They made me leave campus 2 weeks before finals, and then I had to take all of my finals when I got back. ALl I can say is just rest constantly. I was so pathetic when I had it, I didn't even have the energy to play video games. My room is in our basement too, so when I woke up in the morning, it was like climing fucking Mt. Everest to get upstairs where I would precede to fall asleep on the couch for several hours. I also had really bad strep for the first week or so and couldn't eat anything. Over the whole ordeal I went from like 150 pounds to under 130 and I was 6ft. Ughhhhh.
