Replying to Paypal account problem...

Hi My paypal account have been temporaly restricted or something like that , i don't know why, they say it's may be someone has try to enter my account. ( maybe cause i use it on different computer ? ) and now when i  logg in they say i need to confirm my adress.
So i click on the confirme adress button and confirmed the first stept wich is my adress where thing get shipp and then it come to register a card.
 I try to register ( confirm) the card im using but it say that i can't use that card cause it's already used... and i don't want to use another card. please some one can help me resolve this ? or explain me how to delete that card from my account so i could make me a new account !
