Mom smokes pot leaves carseat on top of car

Just saw on the news that an Arizona mom went to her friends, smoked pot, then left her baby in the carseat on top of the car when she went to go home... WTF?

The Mom is a total idiot if you read the story. She was mad at her boyfriend for getting in trouble for under the influence, so she went and smoked more weed and forgot her CHILD!! WTF!!

This is disgraceful and gives stoners a bad name. Jesus fucking christ I can smoke a gram of hash oil and remember to get my sister her friends house which I have never been to before and get her to her soccer game like a normal person. First off who the fuck puts a baby in the baby seat on top of the car??? no logic what so ever and it sounds like she shouldn't be smoking if she cant handle it or function properly.
