So I've never used it before, but I have an account. I want to buy a full face helmet off a guy on pink bike. He agreed to pay for shipping. But where do we go from there? I asked if he also has PayPal but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.
If anyone can help me out you are a saint

Not really. If you send it as a payment for goods and services(there will be a box to check, its either that or sending it as a gift), then you have the ability to file a complaint and possibly get your money back

You need to have a credit card or bank account connected to your paypal if you want money in your pocket. Otherwise, the only way to spend it is just buying something else using paypal (pretty much all online sellers accept it now)
