first double cork on an xgames run, not in general just done in xgames first.

as for double corks, I'm pretty sure 2010 was when they first hit the scene at X, purely because 2009 the jumps were way too close together. In 2008, the only dubs were kangs from Jon, if I recall correctly.

I can't find video, but I think PK was doing the double corks in 2009. I know he did it at the big air because of the bullshit with the text to win voting and Simon's dub front.

But, 2010 was the year of the dub cork. Bobby was doing back to back sw dub cork to sw dub misty, and everyone else pretty much everyone had a dub cork in their run, except Casabon, who doesn't dub (or at least didn't) and Wallisch, who was doing the back to back sw 10 to sw dub rodeo back then.

we're not talking about Big Air. he specifically asked about slopestyle, in which case I'm pretty certain it was 2010

I believe it was Jacob for slope as well. As for big air, someone did a dub front in the 2000 or 2001 x games but I honestly can't remember who. It didn't even qualify for finals. Funny how the same trick won big air several years later.

I think Pk did a dub in Slope is what I am saying, I'm not sure if he did or not...Everyone was doing them in 2010, that is when Bobby won with back to back dubs...

Let me rephrase a little...

I brought up the big air because the big air jump was the last jump of the slopestyle course, I don't think they could hit the biggest kicker if I remember correctly, but seeing as how PK was doing it in the big air on that jump, I think he also did it in the slope. Unless he got hurt between big air and slope, which sounds vaguely familiar...who knows. X games videos are too hard to find.
