Well if it's a rodeo, it can't be a flat. I say it's rodeo since his head passes under. I know the boarder between those two tricks is very thin but basically Rodeo=head under.
Yeah true for rodeo. I'd say it's simply a sw rodeo with no rotations. But as i said, the boarder is really thin so we can't really say who's wrong/ right. :)
