Bring alcohol. Roll up to the beach with a bottle of rum and some mixers and some music and someone's gonna want to hang out with you. Bring friends too; crowd mentality, if there's already a posse people will think you're already having fun/a party. If you're at a douchey beach there'll be a lot of other people doing that too so make sure you're mobile so you can move to a quiet spot once you find the ladies.

If you're going with friends, just do your thing and be outgoing. If you're alone, just hang out by the pool/communal areas where you have a reason to be in a close vicinity to someone. Find a reason to talk to them for a little while, build some rapport. Don't put too much pressure on the girl at first, you need to kind of be smooth about it if that makes sense. Right when the time feels right and you can feel there's kind of a nervous tension between the two of you, club her over the head like a caveman and drag her by the hair to your hotel room.

Provided you're not a hideous monster, you should be ok. The problem with highschool girls though, is that they typically need a few dates before giving it up. College girls on the other hand...

So, you are now a college freshmen who is undeclared because you are unsure if you want to continue on with school or really try to make the olympic team in skiing. You aren't likely to actually compete this time around, but they take the top 16 qualifiers, so getting the coaching and practices would really inprove your chances for the second time around.
