Replying to Custom Yowies? Or custom neck/face masks

After my 4 day stint at Sasquatch music festival I've come to the realization how awesome these are for every day use.

I guess I came here to see if anyone has ever had the idea of making custom ones or what material they use?  I called them up but they need a minimum 1500 piece order which is a little out of my price range.  I'm going to gift these to people for burning man as they double as a dust mask/headband/anything else on your face.  I know my buddy that helps with pbp shows is rocking a pbp one so maybe he can point me in the right direction.

Ideally I want about 200-300 and would like to keep the cost below 1000 bucks for all of them.  If anyone has a company that would be willing to print the basic burning man symbol and maybe some other letters let me know. (Figure white with black letters should be fine)

If all else fails I could take the plain white ones and just screen print them at home, although it would be much more of a task.
