How to make friends / get invited to parties

Soooo..... i always see pictures on facebook of these people having sick parties. but i never get invited.
i have come to the conclusion that im not friends with any of the people who throw the parties.

so im wondering how i make friends with the cool guys/ hot girls who throw parties so that i can get invited to them so i have something to do other then surf NS every fucking night.
and no, i cant just walk up to them and say hey, wanna be friends? i have gone to school with these people forever, that would be weird.
and one more issue, all the people who have these parties are mad perps, so i don't exactly fit into their cult thingy because im not rich, dont play golf or wear pastel colored khakis and golf shirts to school every day.

please help

just ask around u will find the party just call up one other person interested in going and go no big deal fuck going with a bunch of guys dont go with more than 3 that way u can actully do something after without being a crowd like a bitches house or smaller after party with girls or a smoke session wtv just sack up and go out.

most of the people i associate with at school (i.e. sit with at lunch) are fuckin losers and i dont really like them and they dont really like me, we have absolutely nothing in common and we dont hang out outside of school at all.

and i really dont ever hang out with anyone at all outside of school, i just gotta figure out how to do that..

Be nice and chill to people, even if you don't want to. Go out of your way to talk to people and if you do that enough you will fit in. I was the new kid at my school (I'm new at everything, aren't I?) and at first I struggled a little Junior year. Was nice though, and ended up making friends with some kids I really liked. They brought me up in popularity, and I ended up taking one of the most popular girls in school to senior prom. Its just all about being sociable. You will get embarrassed sometimes, but you can't fear that. Its not the embarrassment, but the fear of embarrassment that makes people not fit in.

Just wait till college, honestly. That's when the partying really begins. Don't worry about it now, once you get to a college/university you'll find that parties are everywhere and a huge percentage of kids go to them.

I did, and got arrested, and now i need to stay out of all trouble with the law for 6 months or i will get charged with hosting an underage drinking party and whatever else i got in trouble for in said 6 months. and this will last through the summer, so idk about going to more parties....

hmm a party full of a bunch of drunk rich peppy kids wearing kakis and golf shirts... sounds like fun dood. actualy sounds like the type of parties i used to go to just to get in fights and beat lil shits like that. but that was way back in HS. just be yourself man, HS parties suck unless u with true homies, truth.

Are you sure that is because the parties are "lame" though? Maybe you just don't like to party in the manner that most college kids do which is to get as drunk as possible and fuck shit up. Which is understandable, but I'm not sure it's because of the parties why you aren't having a good time. I could be completely wrong though, I don't know you past my computer screen lol.

I'm a senior in high school and I must say getting drunk with friends in high school has led to many great memories and fun times. I was kinda in same boat as OP last year in the sense that I was down to party but my friend group at the time wasn't. Switchin up my friend group and chillin with kids who were down to party as well has allowed me to party, funny how that works.

Wow dude this is a pretty depressing post.

Just show up to the party with some weed or some alcohol and I'm sure you'll get in. Get a little drunk, be outgoing, crush it on the beerpong table, do shit that pastel-wearing frat-boys love.

On that note, I don't know why you would want to fit in with that crowd other than to fuck their bitches. Those guys sound like a bunch of faggots but you gotta do what you gotta do to get some pussy.

- Chat about similarities (like skiing or guitar or working out)
- Talk to girls in that clique so they think you're cool
- Ask dude you've newly befriended to tag along to one of those parties

I wouldn't worry too much about it though, honestly their douchebags who peak in high school. If you wanna party then find a group of friends and have a little party of your own. Invite a few girls, a few guys, bring booze and you're all set my man. Just be yourself and find people who like you for you, don't try to fit in with the asshole dick-sucking preppy fuckers.

Good perspective. A lot of people *DO* peak in high school, you don't want to be one of those people. I don't know what your clique is like or how small/big your school is but you'd be better off throwing your own little rippers with your friends. It doesn't have to be 100+ people to be a party, get 10-20 people, a few cases of beer, a couple bottles of liquor, play some beer-pong and flip cup and you'll be having a blast and getting your knob slobbed in no time.

Then when you graduate you move on to the greatest phase of all - college. Find people early on (cuz cliques develop very quickly in college) that share similar interests to you and you'll have the best 4 years of your life ahead of you. People in college are a lot more open minded and accepting too.

the problem is, i basicly dont have any real friends, i have a couple that i might ski with occasionally, but they dont get invited to many parties.

but at school, i really dont have a clique or really a group of friends for that matter. like theres people i kinda talk to at school, but they are not into the same things as me at all, they are real losers who have no desire to become normal/more social or go to parties.

so im kinda stuck between 2 groups: the losers, who i could easily hang with, yet dont want to, and they dont do anything and we have nothing in common.
then theres the cooler groups: who i talk to some kids of occasionally, yet havent really become friends with, and the majority of the group isnt into me

so basically i have motivation to become more popular, but the more popular kids dont really wanna hang, and i dont want to associate myself with the losers, if that makes any sense

dude, i dont mean to call them that, theyre nice kids and all, but they have no social motivation and dont attempt to do anything to better themselves, they spend every night obsessing over sports that they dont play or palying video games alone.
if thats what they want out of their lives, so be it, but i need a bit more excitement

First of all fuck the kids wearing the pastels and golf tees.
second buy a decent amount of weed and liquor
if you think you are going to have a problem getting in roll a fat doob to roll in deep with.
if someone starts giving you shit when you get there tell them to chill out and take a drag (bitches love drugs) situation solved
walk around the party to find a good place to chill where you can actually have a conversation with someone.
chill at this spot or spots.  when you see someone you would like to talk to offer them a drink or smoke them up.
may seem like your just getting used but its a good way to initiate conversation and soon they will offer you drinks and introduce you to there friends.
But be ready to talk about something interesting or ridiculously funny.
this should work, most people like meeting new people especially when you come off like you just want to chill.

if all of this fails then id go with plan b and roofie some bitch, may be a little more interesting then ns
