Poaching COC/Momentum?

So I'm finally spending my first summer in Vancouver, so you know what the means. It's time to ride the horstman glacier.  I'm totally happy to chill in the public park but I must know. Anyone have experience sneaking a couple laps at COC or momentum. their jump lines just look too tasty to pass up.  If you're caught or asked to leave, any ramifications with WhistlerBlackcomb? I don't want any seasonal (summer or winter) bans on me.

Come on, it's not like their P.R. guy is gonna say "yeah, come on in hit the jumps all you like."  There is no way they could reply to something like that. But if they see a couple kids staying out of the way, not hurting anyone, just hitting the jumps a couple times, they might just turn a blind eye.

I really don't mind if they see this thread. I don't see how it's a bad thing...

One of my buddies from Hood River said they would do some digging/grooming lips for a couple hours for the camps on Mt. Hood, and they would let them hit the features in exchange. All I'm wondering is if they might have an unspoken thing like that.

At COC we have security to make sure that the only people in the park are campers. It is because as the one poster put, insurance reasons and mostly because campers pay a lot of money for an uncrowded park.
We are polite and ask you to leave if you manage to sneak in. If you are caught sneaking in again, WB is notified and your pass in hot listed so you can't get on the lift.

I think Momentum has the same sort of policy but you'd have to check with them.

Honestly though, we've made camp so affordable -  $445 to $695 a week for people that just want to send it in the best park on earth, so almost anyone should be able to save up for that, and then you have the best week of your life sending it in our park and having more fun than you ever thought possible making new friends from around the world, instead of enemies from around the corner.

We make camp as cheap as possible so no one has to lie or cheat to have the summer of their life.

yeah basically it all comes down to insurance. If you get fucked up and didn't sign a waver then coc/momentum is in deep shit.

Hey, I understand how you try to make it as cheap as possible, and that is so great, but no matter what some people still can't afford it, I'm just going to be riding public, because I cant afford it this year, really want to next year, anyways my question is can you just buy a 1 day park access pass? I would love to hit the park.

Thanks for understanding. The shortest we have is a three day park pass.
Or you could get an afternoon park pass.

Thank you very much for the reply, this is basically what I was expecting, but I just wanted to be sure. Fully understand insurance issues and whatnot.  I'll be looking into the 3 day pass for sure, seeing as I'll be enviously watching from the public park it'll probably be worth it.  Not trying to cramp your guys style, just a dude hoping to ride your park sometime.

I wouldn't exactly call that "affordable" for everyone. I'm sure for lots of people it's worth it but I'd never shell out that kind of cash just to be able to ski the COC lane for a week.

It's not $500 to go on a ski vacation. It's $500 to ski a different lane on the same glacier. And that's on top of the money you've already spent getting there.

so they drop the price to make it more affordable, then some people still can't afford it, so they drop it again, so on, so on, i'm sure there is a reason it's priced as it is...

We make it as cheap as we possibly can. If you look at the price of a regular ticket in the winter as $100 in Whistler and a lot of other resorts. $695 for six days skiing in a private, custom built park that is better than most $100 resorts winter parks, but it's in the middle of summer, COC is a bargain.
