Anyone had carpal tunnel?

Hey so at work for the past month or so we have been doing a shit load of digging holes (planting vines) and raking turf. Its usually pretty repetitive and i get this tingling in my left thumb. It also happens near the end of each work out now too. I googled this and it said its probably carpal tunnel. Have any of you dealt with this issue?

Unless you're an older man, I highly doubt it's carpal tunnel. It could be tendinitis or tendinosis, but that's just my guess.

This is more likely you split something in your hand stop working out for a week and see if it gets better if not you should go see a doc you don't want to have a fucked up hand for life

I had something along the lines of carpel last golf season. I think it was more tendonitis but I couldn't move my right hand left or right and my tendons actually made a creaking sound when I tried to move it. A lot of ice, stretching, and rest is the only way to fight these things too. Also, take a good amount of advil to minimize swelling.
