to each his own. i think it looks good as long as the design makes sense, and there isnt too much random placement of boxes. so basically i like everything but first drop

As long as you keep it simple and have colors that make sense together, it's all good. Otherwise, you're headed for clusterfuck like FD.

i think some of those kits are awesome and same are pretty average, however, ski styles today are like that and you may aswell exept it.

Thanks for the love. I do agree though to some extent. I think there is a point where you can go overkill with too many different color cuts in a jacket or pair of pants. I think what really makes a product look great is simplicity and minimal design. Our next product line embodies these ideas so I think you guys will really be stoked on what's dropping this coming fall. It's simple, it's handsome, it's not overkill, and it fits so well!

Yeah no shit and a few years ago it was solid neon colors and after that it was crazy patterns... It's trends of course everyone's doing whats trendy when the next fad is set everyone will hop on that dick too.

the only company that does do this and goes way to far is fd. it looks like they put a bunch of squares up their ass and shat them out on a blank jacket, then used whatever they got.

If you don't like it don't buy it.

But the real thing is I do not like matching suits. They look really ugly IMO. If you had any of those colorful jackets with say black pants or white pants it may look better than a full suit IMO.

hahahaha, how is that any different than those suits you posted? All your doing is taking a fad from skaters and taking it to the slopes :P and don't get me wrong, I'm not hating I wear skinnies for street-wear all the time, but my two cents: just wear what YOU like, the hate is unnecessary, everyone has their own sense of style that they themselves chose, sure some people like to follow the trends, some like to set them, others just do their own fucking thing. My point, wear what you want, but don't hate on other people for wearing what THEY want.

This thread has been a long time coming. Skiing culture is in a constant state of change and this extends by definition to outerwear.

I think we are in a state of cultural flux greater than we have seen in probably 5-6 years. The industry is ready for a change. With many small companies with so much influence in ski culture, it will be very interesting to see the change take place. I'm pretty stoked for it.
