1.5 mounts, once for 317mm bsl (28.5 FT) with FKS 140 @ -2 from Center, and again with PX15's and the same toe holes were re-used and new holes were drilled for the heels.
I have more pictures if interested.

^100mm brakes bent to 115mm. 100% functional, only cosmetic damage
