Coffee. And sandwiches (mackor) on some darker bread with liver paté (leverpastej) or ham. And some OJ.

On weekends before skiing I might have oatmeal, or scrambled eggs and bacon if there is time. If I'm not going skiing, I have things like waffles, pancakes etc. Sometimes cereal

just had lasagna for breakfast ....

But my favorite by far is a cold pizzaslice + egg then warm it up in the oven :) it's the shit !

I feel the same way, but not eating/consuming anything is a major step towards diabeeetus, so at least you get something in you with those drinks.

Protein shake, 1 cup oatmeal with blueberries, 1 fried egg sammich with a slice of turkey lunch meat and tomato. Pretty much everyday, keeps me going through work til lunch time.
