Replying to Help ns I haven't sleept in 2 days.

I am in a test group for Ritalin. They think anything over 60 mg is bad for you so I'm not exactly sure how much I am given tho I can tell its a lot. it's been 2 weeks in the test, and I've always had trouble sleeping but it really hasn't affected me until these last two days I've just been lying in bed for seven hours at a time. I am losing my mind and starting to hallucinate, and I will not be able to see my doctor till tomorrow morning what do I do.
