I'd say go for a run or drink some alcohol... but it sounds like those are more likely to cause a heart attack than make you go to sleep. Can you call the people doing the testing?
I know when I have to force my self to stay up for any extended period of time and then I want normal sleep after that, I find it really hard to stay asleep for a few days cause my body gets used to being in zombie mode.
Put on some sigor ros and just lay there expecting to not sleep. maybe it will make you less worried about the sleeping and you might fall asleep.
