Hey guys, we have an open room in our sugarhouse home. The rent is $350 per month plus utilities. We're right on Westminny ave near blueplate. Super sweet location, close to westminster, the U, downtown. You can bike everywhere, and real close to the highway to get to the mountain for biking or skiing.
The house is a 4 bed, 3 full bath house. 2 living rooms, huge kitchen, nice front as well as back yard with gazebo, as well as a garage for any gear. The three of us are all out done with school but still have fun, as well as we're all members here within NS.
