It was, but now every fucking show he catches a damn catfish. It's kind of annying to watch an hour show just to see very similar fish over and over. Give us something new!

I hear that but there are still some good ones, and the locations he goes to are quite interesting. I don't know what season it was but did you see the tieman? one they were just running recently where he was in china?? Holy shit those fish are AWESOME.

Nope I missed the last couple due to being out of town with no cable. But after a quick google image search holy shit those things get huge! I'll defintely check it out tonight now

once caught an albacore on a trolling line that was shredded. sharks must have got it before i could haul that line in. happened only once though.

Where i used to live in the eastern Caribbean some guys i know when out in little wooden fishing boats and harpooned a 45 foot sperm whale; non of those fancy Japanese harpoons either; old school wooden harpoons; crazy shit. legally allowed to get two whales  a year too due to indigenous habits; only place in the world where you can whale legally(except BC/PNW of course)
