I've been working on this film for the majority of the 2011-2012 season and features athletes from Vail and Summit County. Any feedback is helpful! It's too big to post on NS and I don't feel like compressing it into shitty quality so here's the link! (if someone could embed it that would be much appreciated)

Good video -

Some constructive criticism is the audio levels of the interviews and the music were way off. I had to constantly turn up and turn down the volume. I thought there was to much slow motion. And lastly make the video 8 to 10 minutes shorter.

Vail's park is definitely underated, but that's what is great about it. There is no one around whereas in Breck your practically getting landed on. Vail is a hidden gem and I hope it stays that way.

Davey, great work man. That was so much fun to watch. I really dig the soundtrack as well and the editing is spot on. Nice work, I'll be watching this numerous times for sure. Its cool to see al the Vail kids progress as well. I remember 5 years ago where everyone was at, and everyone has stepped it up big time.

10min in. How come everytime someone lands switch they instantly need revert? thats like the MOST annoying thing to see when watching an edit takes all the flow away from the line. Also, you need to do something about that filming, way to shaky. Other then that its cool.

So Sick! Vail is a great place and the park there is very underrated. Great movie. My only question is why did you guys only hit golden peak? You should have gone to Bwana and also skied some powder during the February storms(I was there and it was awesome!) Sick movie overall! Good work! I can't wait to go back to Vail!

This video was good, but not nearly as good as While We Can. I would much rather watch a video with variety as opposed to one compiled of 95% park riding.

Good editing, good music, overall a good video. Watch your audio levels as stated before, and also, your intro was a little long, as well as some of the shots irrelevant in my opinion.

The movie was actually a project I did in school, every senior gets the last trimester to pick a project they want to pursue, so the majority of my filming was done in march and april when the conditions got really shitty. Bwana wasn't maintained for a solid month and the park crew really focused on golden peak so that's really why most of it was shot then. I would've really liked to shoot backcountry and pow stuff, just with the timing of the project it didn't really work out
