this is a friend of mine's kid and he absolutely kills it for how young he is. here's a little edit of him skating and snowboarding his dad put together. he just turned 5, so a lot of it is actually when he was 4...

Shit this kids level of progression is off the charts. As he gets older he'll probably become a little braver, if he keeps this up, he'll be throwing tres and dub 10s by the time hes 10.

I'm always skeptical of kids that are this good at this age actually blowing up when they get older. No doubt, the kid's good, and he's going to be good, but I feel like there's a chance that at some age he is going to want to stop doing what his parents are pushing him to do, especially in skating and snowboarding.

Not hating at all, the kid is absolutely killing it, just sharing my two cents on kids that are this good, this young.

@chaitea I wrote up a big reply and mobile ns fucked with it: anyways, you're kind of right. Take the pheuse twins for example, they were sponsored by Nike and all these major companies and they quit skateboarding to play tennis. But then they're other kids like the brunner brothers or that little 13 year old Mexican kid, they seem to love it. Hopefully they don't quit.

I get where you and chaitea are coming from also.
There's a kid in my town and he's been skateboarding since he was 4 and then he kinda stopped and BMX'd and Snowboarded for a couple of years and followed whatever the action sport trend was throughout middle school.
Then he started skateboarding again in highschool and now's he sponsored by a local shop or something and going all over the country competing in competitions.

I think pretty much because his parent's didn't push him to board all the time he had time to figure what he liked best. Hopefully Rico's parents do the same thing for him!

Didn't you quit Newschoolers like... A while ago? Whatever. Anyways, That edit was awesome and that kid seems awesome too, hes even got a cool name, Rico Kruz. I cant wait to have a kid and make him ball as hard as that. I was however alittle confused by the dying Llama sounds in the background of the song, wtf?

It's kinda sad that lil' kids are getting so much better than you are after more years of ''training'' and doing' shit. But cannot complain. Skiing has progressed so much in just few years.
