Sponsors cover medical insurance?

Do sponsors cover medical/health insurance for the pros that they carry? I guess I assume they would for top level pros but am not sure.

it all depends on the sponsorship deal you have, along with every other question everyone asks about sponsorships. it's risky though, that's why i got into show business. wayyy more stable than being a professional snowboarder.
