__Atomic warranty problems__Help?__

I have a pair of Atomic patents and after riding them for around 2 weeks i got a huge base crack. I've sent them 3 messages using the form on the atomic website and i haven't gotten a response yet after 2 months. I cant find a phone number on their website that will actually work. Any suggestions? Has anyone else had atomic's warrantied? All help is greatly appreciated! Thanks NS!

warranties only apply to the original owner when purchased from an authorized Atomic dealer and accompanied by a receipt. This is standard warranty practice from just about every brand in every sports industry.

Your best bet is always take them back to an authorized Atomic dealer, especially the one you purchased them from.

i won them in a slopestyle event. or else i would have taken them back to the shop.

This is a funny one... it depends where you live and how the consumer law in your area stacks up.

Because in some places, they could just refund you the purchase price, of $0.

Well if you won them, go down to a local shop that sells atomic, and see if they will show them to a rep for you. The rep may help you out, but seeing how you got the skis for free anyway, then they dont have to do anything for you.

Hopefully though like I say he may help you out if it is a warrenty issue.

I did take them to the shop at the mountain i won them at and showed them. They said since i won them they doubted i could get anything for it. But i was hoping to contact atomic directly and see if they could do anything. But i couldn't find any way to contact them except for that form on atomic's website and they never respond.

Irrespective of where you get them the fact is Atomic gives a warranty on all skis . If they're refusing to warranty it because you personally didn't buy them then that's just straight up bullshit, and I thought atomic was a reputable company, Makes me think twice before buying atomic now.

it just appeared after 2 weeks of using them. idk how. and they aren't refusing to warranty them. it's more that i cant really contact them.

@the guy above, its standard policy that you need a reciecpt to warrenty skis, this is across the industry. So if you win skis and you dont have a reciepct to show you paid for the skis, you cant expect customer service. Customer service is for exactly that, Customers. So if you did not pay for the skis, the company does not really owe you anything.

Like I said before though, try and get your areas rep's contact details. That will be your best bet. Dont bother trying to contact atomic yourself, chances are you will get nowhere.
