Anyone good w/ classes in C++

I am working on a project that is due today at 3:00 pm. I am on the last thing that I need to do but I am stuck.

I have a class value for a date in a function, and i need to bring those values into main. I can't figure it out, props to anyone who helps. If that didn't make sense here are pictures.


I need the stuff in the blue circle to be the same values in the red circle in main
