Replying to What tripod?

I know this has probably been asked a bunch of times before but I need help choosing a tripod with a fluid head. I have about 400$ to spend. The only thing I'm worried about with that one is the tripod it self not being as sturdy as it should be. If your going to link me to one I would prefer a canadian website, just because of exchange rate and shipping etc.. Thanks
