What tripod?

I know this has probably been asked a bunch of times before but I need help choosing a tripod with a fluid head. I have about 400$ to spend. I was looking at this one; http://www.henrys.com/60613-MANFROTTO-190XB-W-701HDVHEAD-VIDEO-COMB0.aspx. The only thing I'm worried about with that one is the tripod it self not being as sturdy as it should be. If your going to link me to one I would prefer a canadian website, just because of exchange rate and shipping etc.. Thanks

I just bought the 502hd a couple months ago. Its bombproof, much more sturdy than the 701. Its also got manfroto's bridge technology and is ridiculously smooth when panning/tilting. It even has a nice auto balance feature and a built in level (I believe it holds up to 9 lbs). Here's the kit I bought, under 400 dollars too. I would absolutly recommend it.

*just realized you were talking about the legs being sturdy.

They are really heavy duty, and extend perpendicular with the head I believe. I'll takes some pictures if you want to see anything in specific.
