Huck Dolls

I tried to make one in class out of cardboard and construction paper. It looks like dead meat ===( Any advice? Mine didn't make the window gap to the yard

I bought one of those huck dolls at REI for $12, but it sucks, it cant even bend its arms. I made my coolest one out of a lego Technic guy. He could blunt it like a real motherfucker.
