So I was messing around with an old Canon 430EZ flash that I found in my grandpa's basement. It has a multi mode, which after research is for Stroboscopic Flash. EG:
Basically it will make the flash pop up to 10 times during a long exposure.
I have yongnuo RF-602 triggers, and by accident I ended up holding down the shutter for a burst and the flash fired consistently during each frame. After playing around with things I was able to get 10 flashes at 6fps at 1/32 power. You could get up to 100 flashes in a row with the 540ez model. I'm very confused as to why this works and why there isn't anything online about what I just did. I have a feeling it has to do with how my triggers work, and obviously you could easily overheat that flash and have it die....
Someone explain to me why this is working and why I just found a way to shoot consistently lit flash sequences at 6fps, up to 10fps, with an under $40 flash...
