Had a run-in with a rail and the rail won, see below. The result is a pretty symmetric crack at the tip in what looks like the core. However, appears to be minimal separation between layers at sidewall and no major edge damage. When i flex the tip it’s now half as stiff as the undamaged one. Pretty sure these are fucked and don’t know a lot about the details of ski construction. Does anyone know why it broke so symmetrically? Could I ski them until I ripped seth’s face in two?
