To avoid 100's of pm's and questions its a lot easier if you make the thread in correct fashion.

While you have pictures and sizes listed. It would go a lot easier if you listed the current condition of each product along with the size. To keep your thread clutter free. We all know you have a price in mind so list it, its not that hard to do. Keep it plain and simple.

Also listing prices or a price range would help with low-balling and annoying pm's. It will also let people know what you want and what you are looking for, while best offer is cool in all it also allows buyer to back out because they do not feel like waiting days/weeks/months to see if they can buy what you are selling.

It may take more time but it will help your thread stay clutter free.

It will make your life and everyone one else's lives easier if you make a numbered list thread with a good photo of each product, measurements, and a description of any damage, minor or major.

There should honestly be a B/S/T format that everyone has to follow.

you want more info, send him a pm. don't go around to everybody's thread and suggest they change their sale. nobody gives a fuck. if he didn't take the 2 seconds to say "no lowballs" then he'll get lowballs, that's not your issue or mine. not everybody has a price in mind when they put things up for sale anyways.

it's HIS thread. he can make it the way HE wants. we're the ones buying stuff from him, while it isn't convenient for us to have to pm him asking about condition and other information, it certainly isn't worth bitching over. if it really discourages someone that much from buying, then they shouldn't buy from him. that's his loss due to his "mistake"

he specifically said to pm him with questions or for details. i see nothing wrong with this at all. i'm more mad about someone with 0 karma with the name "BSTmod" going around to EVERY bst thread and "correcting" people than i am about the actual corrections proposed.

yeah, OP could make his thread better by taking some of the advice stated, but nobody should be posing as a mod and going around correcting kids threads in the BST forums, that's just ridiculous and unnecessary.
