just get a kayak, the second there's wind you will paddle nowhere on a paddleboard

this. there was a time when I was seriously lookin into it as well but it is ultimately a waste of money. you can find some cheap kayaks that will get the job done and they are easier to manuever.

kinda hard to answer the question when you don't tell us your budget. so I was just telling you it is going to be alot of money for something that can be easily substituted for a cheaper, similar alternative. but hey, if you've already got a kayak and are lookin to paddleboard go for it. Its definately a chill activity

I was looking around and all the designated paddleboards are expensive, do I really need one designed for it or could I just get a windsurfing board or something along those lines?

thats kinda tough for a budget, especially if you want a good setup. my kit was kinda a middle of the line one, and i think the board was about 1000 and the paddle maybe 100? idk what the paddle was but the board was a 11' joyride

for your price range youre gonna have to find something used
