Yeah I didnt read everybody elses comments but heres what I see.
1. Lessen right foot pickup. I know you already know this, but that is pretty big.
2. Less lateral movement. You dont have a huge lateral movement forwards, but there is a little bit which adds inconsistencies to the swing. It was one of the things I worked at with my coach last year.
3. Try and get the swing a bit more around to get it parallel. IF you can get to parallel without creating other bad habits, your angles at the beginning of your downswing will be much more sound.
4. This isnt something Id necessarily say needs fixed, just something that helped me. When I slowed my tempo I started finding many more fairways, yours is pretty quick paced. Again plenty of people have a quick, harsh transition, i just found that I worked much better with a smooth transition, and maintaing the wrist angle as long as possible to build power, rather than just focusing on swinging fast.
All I really notice right now with looking through the videos a bit. Best of luck with your season man, hit it pure!
