Replying to What an Idiot!! Read THis

I read in the paper today, that a Romanian person was getting tired of his chicken making its chicken noise so he went out to kill it so it would stop making that noise, when he went to cut off the chickens neck, i am not sure how but he cut off his penis, and to make this story even worse his dog who was beside him ATE! the mans penis so now he cannot get it put back on. This man was in his underwear when this happened and i am not sure at all how it could have if he was wearing underwear.
