Replying to The best all Mtn touring ski?

So I need a new pair of touring skis. A little background info, I am 5 10 155lbs and ski the north west, specifically Montana Idaho and Washington. I want an all Mtn ski I can tour with for quick side country and short backcountry climbs. My only preference is that the ski be a FULL TWIN I still wanna be able to ride switch. Whatever ski I get I will be mounting with saloman guardians. I prefer a ski between 100 and 112 in the waist. As always helpfull answers get ++ k Thanks guys
