Sizing on last years jiberish flannels?

So i could prolly find this if i dug long enough, but im lazy. Can anyone provide a sizing chart for last years flannels?

last years sizing is still up on their website they havent updated it cuz i got a 4xl ignant from this year and its pushing 32 inches and it clearly says on the website 35.75 inches...4 inches is a big difference
