The taskbar or start bar or whatever its called locked into position on the side of the screen and I cant get it back, what do I click on adn shit, ive been playign aorudn with it for a while and it wont move back!

one tip: click/drag where there arent any icons, i just clicked on the right side of the start bar and im movin it around right now

yes man, I just kept tryign liek everything except that specific thing, I think I just clicked next to where teh quicklaunch icons were and tried dragging it NUMEROUS times just never next to the tabs. Im not computer illeterate
