Anbody know much about HTML code?

So I'm working on making a website and am wondering if anyone knows where i can get the code to write for a rotating sort of slideshow heres a couple of examples

While I'm at it does anyone know how to make a color change effect like the one at the bottom of the screen here

I don't know much about coding, but you can probably find out by doing a google search. The only web stuff I've done is in Wordpress, which is really easy to use and has tons of plugins and stuff for slideshows n stuff.

For the color change, I'm guessing you're talking about the background image on that site. It's real easy to do in photoshop: I'd make a new layer over the image, fill it with whatever color you want, then reduce the opacity so the image fades back in behind it.

Yea i would do a google search but i don't even know what to call the thing i want to make and I'm talking about when your mouse goes over a picture and the picture would change from B&W to color i would use this in my photo gallery on the site
