Reply times glitching?

I've been noticing that on some of the boards (mostly NSG as it gets the most traffic) the "last reply" section glitches and the latest reply (if under a minute) time will vary when refreshing the page. If multiple threads have replies within the last 60 seconds, they dont line up in order. Here is a screen shot if my english can't explain it, it probably sounds retarded. Its late and I'm a little drunk

The Spambuster time is inverted too.

Instead of it counting down from 20 from your last post, it counts up to 20.
