damnit this big bush is right at the end of the (from what i'v seen) nicest and longest S rail in connecticut...it even has a little kink in it...im just wondering if the place, that owns the property would notice if one of their bushes were gone one day

if you want a more permenant solution: just take some plant-poison or something and dump it at the roots of the bush, wait for it to die and the chances are they wont replace it.

just use gasoline. ou could even do it during the day, and no one would notice. Just put it in some cup, like a big gulp from 7/11 or something, and as you walk by just casually spill it on the plant. nothing will grow there for a long time. The property owners may even remove the dead plant for you.

if you really want to be polite about it, just dig the bush up (roots and all), session the rail, then plant the bush back. Of course that could be tricky what with it being winter and all. Just burn the thing, and take some sweet pics of you jumping over it as it burns.
