There's only one possible answer each time you reload it. It goes diagonally from top right to bottom left. Try it with 2 numbers without reloading it and you'll notice both numbers give you the same answer.

its super simple, when you subtract the digits from any 2 digit number you get a multiple of three. NOTICE how all the multiples of 3 have the same symbol.

It's whatever number in the chart your cursor hovers on. don't put your cursor over any letter/ number, and it wont work

The symbol should be the same for every answer that runs from bottom left to top right

That's definitely not the problem, I used safari and it worked fine. I think they might have put that just to make it seem more mysterious than it is.
