Replying to Floating sidebars on dreamweaver

hey guys, I don't know how many web developers there are on here but I was hoping someone could help me... I've built my website just fine but I want to add some sweet sidebars to it, though they don't fit into my current wrapper and if I try and make this wrapper bigger everything gets fucked up. So I was wondering if there is a way to make additional wrappers that run alongside of your main one.
