Thought I'd make a post about it in M&A as well. For those that don't know a Canon HV40 is a great camera for those wanting to learn to make edits. Great footage, and super easy to learn to use. Unfortunately, I like skiing way too much to actually film, so I've shot less than 5 hours of footage on it. I figure someone on NS will be able to make better use of it.
