I know this is a thing you really can't give much tips on, but I wanted to try double back flips on the trampoline. I can do a backflip to my back no problem with barley any air, but I'm just to scared to go over my head the second time. Anyone have any tips on committing or anything.
Just pretend Emma Watson is watching you. That's all it takes for me to nut up and try something new. All it is is commitment, you just have to find your way.
get a crash mat or use pillows or something for the first time. Just get a friend or someone to slide them under u in the air in case u mess up. After ur feeling confident try it without the mats and u should be fine
I was scared of doing it for about a year.
In the end, i just had to get super pumped up, bounce as high as i could, and just keep tucked.
If you can do them to your back with no bounce to your back then you will get the rotation easy.
