SD Card trouble

So I have this SD card that I have been using in my gopro and was trying to use it to film a few things the other day but the gopro said the card was full. Once I got home I completely erased everything from it seeing as I had no use for any of the clips anymore. When I put the card back in it still says that it is full and wont film. And when i put the card into my computer it says there are 0 items on it but only 7.2 mb of memory free. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has had this problem and if there is anything I can do to fix it?

This is the exact SD card I have by the way. Don't know if it really matters.

you gotta remove the files from your trash bin or recycle bin or whatever while the card is still plugged in. so put in the card, trash will be full of the clips you deleted off of it, then just remove them from there and you should be good to go

Whelp im a dumbass. I tried this before and none of the files were in the trash. Didn't realized the lock was on on the card... thank you, problem solved
