-First I would try and upload the file on the desktop uploader.
-It won't start, stuck on the "starting upload" stage.
-Then I try and cancel it to restart, but it won't cancel or become removed from the page.
-I close to program and reopen it, signing into NS again, but upon singing in the video that I tried to close is still there, and its just gets stuck on the "waiting to upload stage". (went through this several times on 2 different computers, a Mac and a Windows)
-I tried changing the file name (it uploaded fine to vimeo) but that didn't work, so I restarted the program and just quickly clicked Cancel as soon as it came up (so that it was still initializing or whatever and wasn't frozen) and was able to finally get rid of it.
-It began uploading and I was relieved. Once it was finished I clicked MyMedia and named and added a description and such, but once I saved the info, the video dissapeared. It wasn't in My Media, it wasn't in My Video's, and it wasn't in Recent Videos, so that kind of pissed me off because the video pretty much disappeared for at least 30 minutes (it was probably encoding or something).
-A few hours later I came back to the video and it had appeared, but upon watching it there was heavy sound distortion and insane artifacting and freezing. Messaged multiple people about it and they all reported the same thing.
Now, the actual in-browser uploader has NEVER worked for me. I run safari (I have tried on firefox too) on a Macbook pro.
-It usually just stops near the end and doesn't budge.
Keep in mind that I have tried all of these on multiple computers from different internet connections. I just got very, very angry because I have been trying to drop these video's simultaneously on vimeo and NS for weeks, only for NS to completely ruin that plan. I hope that helps in some way, or at least redeems this pointless thread.
