Why all the hate on the Lakers? I think if they can get decent production from the 3 spot (Artest/Ebanks/Barnes) they have a shot at winning it.
Jordan Hill has seemed very productive off the bench and Goudelock(spelling?) is a good backup for point or shooting guard

although i will admit Lawson and the nuggets played terribly in general yesterday... But i know they can step it up a bit and get some home court advantage. I'm not worried

I think Lawson and Afflalo were just nervous. They are both are best scorers, yet they both went 2-14 so I know for a fact that'll change in this next game. That last game was a throw away game, definitely not how the Nuggets play. They will rebound in this next game.

Can't tell if this is sarcasm or not, but he most definitely did it intentionally. MWP is a HUGE douche bag, the dude has the biggest ego in the NBA. Just another reason to why the Fakers are horrible.

What are you talking about, they deserve it more than ANY other team in the playoffs. 1.)The averaged the most points and assists in the whole league. 2.)They are the second youngest team in the WHOLE NBA. 3.) The only man thats on their roster from when they went to the Western Conference Finals a couple of years ago is Birdman. 4.) One of three teams in the whole league to consecutively make the playoffs for the past NINE years (Only San Antonio and Dallas have longer streaks). So yeah, George Karl has essentially a BRAND new team, full of young-guns, he was ditched by their best player last year for the NY Knicks, and their still going to the playoffs. They deserve it you idiot.

You know whats up man. Nugs definatly deserve the playoffs, and more. they have faced a ton of struggles this season with injuries and a new players coming in and old going out. George Karl has done an amazing job and i'd love to see that hard work pay off

He should get coach of the year for the amount of adversity he's gone through. Injuries plagued them this year, yet he found away to come out on top.

but i think doc should be coach of the year, the c’s are the oldest team in the league, and they had the best record after the all star break..

whos the biggest dumbass though: rondo for one game suspension ref-bumpin incident, artest for bein a dickhead, or amare for slicing his hand up punching a fire extinguisher glass case....

amare takes the cake in my opinion.. so dumb, knicks are done (not that i really thought they could win the series)

I'd say Artest is still takes the cake. The Knicks could potentially benefit from the lost of an all-star, they seem to play better with the absence of one of there impact players. Amare is still a fucking dumb ass though. I guess its just one of those cases where you don't think about your actions. Oh well, he's the one that has to suffer.

If any nuggets fans seriously think they're getting past the lakers, you don't know much about basketball. Good luck dealing with two of the best big men in the league, Bynum being the best. Not to mention the second best scorer in the league, Bryant.

That being said, Lakers in 6. Artest back to start next series.

I'm tired of hearing about how bynum is the best or second best. It's real easy to be good when teams have to worry about that other seven footer and possibly the best player in NBA history. Bynum on a team without another big man would be good but nowhere near the best. I'll take Howard, Love, Cousins, Randolph, Gasol, and Duncan over Bynum

Not even worried about the Nuggets right now. They figured out the Lakers tonight. Now they need to just make a couple of minor tweaks and adjustments. i.e. catch the ball when your blocking out. When we start hitting our jumpers (its gonna happen cause I've seen it happen) well then were going to then were going to SMOKE you. I was also right today, I said 5+ nuggets would get into double digits for scoring, they had SIX. What else did I predict, that MR. TY LAWSON wouldn't go 3-13 again. LOOK AT THE STATS LAKER FANS! TY LAWSON went 11-17. Farieds mistakes happened because he is a ROOKIE... What'd you except him to be perfect??? He was clutch going 4-4 on those late game free-throws though, and went 5-7. They'll dial in their defensive boards, like they did when they DOMINATED THE LAKERS im the first half. Nugz OUT REBOUNDED the Lakers this game, did you hear that LA??? They had virtually the same FG %, had more rebounds (sorry, I had to say it again), the same amount of assists, the same amount of steals, and the same amount of BLOCKS. LOOK AT THE FREAKING STATS LAKER FANS!!! Kobe got half of his shots off of offensive rebounds this game, we'll dominate at that (like we did in the first half) and we'll limit Kobes damage. BTW Kobe isn't NEARLY as good as he use to be, I have never seen him have so many air balls in my life!! Ami right LA fans, or am I right?

Its hilarious how Ty Lawson can get SLAMMED into the ground, play after play, yet he doesn't get a call. Where as if a Nugget even brushes Kobes shoulder than he get a call. That play with McGhee guarding Bynum in the fourth was horse sh#@ as well. I could list an endless amount of plays where bullsh#@ like this happens, so try me Faker Fans. One of the only reasons you guys won the game, if you guys could actually analyze stats than you'd realize this. Once Afflalo gets his jumpers down, well then that is the END to The Los Angeles Lakers 2011-2012 season. Afflalos carrer avg. FG% is .466 and his avg. FG% this season is .471 and had a .400 avg. 3PT% this season. He avg. almost 18pts a game the past 7 seven before this series started. Peace out FAKER FANS....You live and learn.

Man I've watched so many freaking Nugget games this year so I KNOW that this is just not how they ball, especially a healthy Nuggets team. Its a team full of youngsters, of course there gonna get nervous and not perform sometimes. But I know that they can do this. BTW Lakers aren't that good of a road team this season, their road record is below .500. Am I the only one that realizes how much improvement the Nuggets made tonight from the first game. They were terrible at EVERYTHING in that last game. In this game they were either just as good, or better than the Lakers in almost every statistical categories. The Nuggets just committed more fouls (which was bound to happen cause it the LAKERS) so thats THE ONLY REASON THEY LOST THIS GAME.

You're the only one then. Every nugs fan in the bar tonight wasn't very stoked.

They won't ever "figure out" the Lakers. Why? No one has an answer for Bynum. Double him and he's ready to hit the open man. And Kobe will get his no matter what, always has. He's literally never lost a series he started 1-0, not to mention 2-0. Nuggets will not make it past the first round, anyone who thinks they will is blinded by fandom.

And you mention his age. "Kobe's like wine"

You read the first sentence of my post, congratulations. The thing is though, you Laker fans should be a on your knees praying to some, cause if/when the Nuggets start hitting their jumpers, then they can let Bynum do what ever he wants and it wont matter, cause they'll never outscore Denver. This is the way Denver has been playing all season, look at the numbers opposing players put up on the Nugs. Its crazy how many pts. they score on us, but we still come out on top cause we'll score more than them. Did you know that the Nugs beat OKC a week ago? Yeah, their actually a really good team.

May not have the best fans (Fakers), but they average about a title every 4 years so i don't get why the term gets applied to the team as well.

Good to lose at least one to have Artest back early next round. Called Lakers in 6, im thinking 5 now though.

NBA is rigged. They fix games and this has been proven. No I am not a conspiracy theorist, conspiracy are something that have yet to been proven. The NBA has been proven to fix games before therefore it is not a conspiracy. Its happened once so who's to say that it wont happen again. How much would you guys bet on if the NBA has fixed a Lakers game in the past 2 years? I would bet $1000 that they have, I have $1200 in my bank account.
