Armada Alpha 1 maintenance

I have Armada Alpha 1 11/12 skis and i hear because of the comp base they need a bit of care
I am wondering how much i should hot wax them does anyone have any suggestions?

Depends how hard you ride them, I have a pair and they weren't a rail ski for me so the bases stayed up pretty well for awhile!

Yes they do. They dry up a bit quicker. You should wax them whenever you see the bases drying (every 2-4 times you ski)

I have the og ones, never waxed a day in my life and they are doing just fine
