If a builder misread the blueprints and extends an addition to a
building farther than the owner has contracted for, the owner of the
building is entitled to keep the improvement at no extra cost.
Im split because it could be true since its not the owners problem/fault
But also false since there may be a clause about time-frame to correct the mistake leaving him not entitled to keeping the improvement
