anyone into weight training and working out, i was thinkin a cult where we talk about different workouts, stretches, etc would be cool, informative and beneficial. any takers??


I respected the guy until skibrdginbitch was telling me how she 'dated' him for her two weeks at camp. Hahaha god, I dont know whether to feel worse about skibrdginbtch being an idiot, or TJ and his new batch of STD's- dspin7x

im into weight lifting, have been for 7 years.
125lb's with a 255+ bench, ive been aroudn the game long enough to know all the tricks of the trade

hey i work out occaisonally. i can bench about 80 lbs about 10 times then im done. yes i weigh 120 too. but i box so igot good conditioning i guess. and i can skip for like 15 minutes straight. i just get bored. i lift a alot of girls too, the wall prop, they like it;) haha

my bench max is like 145 and my squat max is 200 and i weigh like 160

i barely lift weights, but i run a lot. I do sprint workouts, and i play soccer, winter track and spring track so im alwyas in motion. I love running. I find lifting weights so repetitive and boring. Running keeps me interested, cruising around town or flying around a track, its just a great feeling. I saw screw lifting weights, run. Its also a lot more relaxing.

I don't deny there are bad things in the US right now, hell, 51% of the country to be exact. But god damnit, our country being fat is NOT a problem. I do't give a shit how fat people are. hell, fat kids are harder to kidnap, that means our country is safer.

I'm kinda small, only weighing in at 115 but my squat weight is about 220 at 15 reps. I dunno I just try and balance all my weight train. My uppers suck ass though
